Outreach
It is the intention of Bluestone and all participants to reach out to the community in many ways:

1. Ten percent of all 'First Friday' net proceeds will go into our scholarship fund. Our scholarship fund will be used to provide our services to those who could not otherwise afford them.

2. Bluestone has found an amazing group of people. Everyone involved in Bluestone shares the vision of mentoring. Each and everyone will volunteer time and talent.

3. In addition; we will also be selling a number of items that benefit wonderful non-profits. 100% of those proceeds go back to the non-profit involved.

4. We will be seeking funding from grants and foundations in order to build our outreach program. Again our vision is that 'Life is Art.' We would like to share this vision and enable as many as possible to live a life of beauty, and create lifelong opportunities for all involved.

This Month's Scholarship Candidate:
 
Our candidate has been teaching children in the metro area for 10 years. She is exceptional. She is innovative, creative and passionate in her teaching style. Both parents and children, request her class repeatedly.
 
She loves her chosen career, but it was recently learned that for years she has wanted to study photography. However the teaching was always given priority. If she is to study it must be an intensive class over a short period of time.  She has been nominated to receive the our first scholarship. The program is in Montana, our candidate has saved enough for living expenses, but needs help with tuition.  10% of all First Friday proceeds will be given in this cause. Donations are also accepted.
